摘 要:全粒级入选的重介分选工艺适合红柳洗煤厂的原煤性质和产品质量要求,但产生了大量难以销售和利用的高灰、低发热量煤泥,导致煤炭资源浪费,且污染厂区环境。通过煤泥浮选试验发现,该洗煤厂Ad为39.30%、Qnet,ar为10.88 MJ/kg的高灰煤泥浮选后,可获得Ad为15.58%、γ为57.61%、Qnet,ar为18.31 MJ/kg的浮选精煤,Ec可达80.12%,商品煤产率提高10.63个百分点。浮选精煤掺入末煤产品后,综合末煤产品的发热量达到20.55 MJ/kg,满足"神宁一号"动力煤的质量要求。该洗煤厂煤泥浮选后,不但可以使煤炭资源得到充分利用,而且能够改善产品结构,对于经济效益、社会效益及环境效益的提升具有重要作用。The adoption of the heavy medium separation process for treating the full size range raw coal at Hongliu Plant is adaptable to the raw coal property and hence the product produced is up to the standard as required. However, due to use of this, washing process, a large quantity of high-ash and low calorific value coal slime is produced, which is dull of sales and hard to put into utilization, causing, therefore, the waste of coal resources and contamination of the environment of the plant. As evidenced by result of test on flotation of the high-ash slime with Ad = 39.30% and Q ~ 10.88 MJ/kg, a much upgraded concentrate product having Aa = 15.88% ,T = 57.61% and Q = 18.31 MJ/kg can be obtained. Through flotation, the value of Eo is increased up to 80. 12% while the yield of saleable coal is increased by 10.63 percentage points. After the flotation concentrate is blended into the clean small coal product, the composite calorific value of latter goes up to 20.55 MJ/kg, well up to the required "Shenning-1 #'' power coal standard. After flotation of the slime, apart from the full use of coal resource, there has been seen a much improved product mix. This is of great importance to the improvement of social and economic result and environment friendliness.
