摘　　要：目的分析概述脂溢性脱发的发生机制和药物治疗方法。方法检索近些年有关脂溢性脱发的发生机制和药物治疗的期刊文献,进行归纳总结。结果激素及受体异常是导致该症的主要因素,马拉色菌感染和雄激素受体基因变异等遗传因素也有重要作用。米诺地尔和非那雄胺效果肯定,中药组方则以其长期的临床实践获得了可靠的疗效,其中何首乌、女贞子和侧柏叶等药材常用于脂溢性脱发的治疗。另外,还总结了能促进毛发生长的中药活性成分。结论药物及其有效成分在脂溢性脱发的治疗中具有不可忽视的作用,中西医联合治疗具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To review the pathogeneses and the treatment methods of seborrheic alopecia（SA）.Methods The literatures about the pathogenesis and progress of drug therapy of SA were refrievaled and summarized.Results Androgen and androgen receptor are the main factors inducing this symptom.Besides,the infection of malassezia and the mutation of androgen receptor are also important in the happening of SA.Minoxidil and finasteride are the most effective drugs nowadays.Chinese medicinal formulae has faithful effect due to its long term clinical practice,in which Ploygonum multiflorum Thunb,Ligustrum Lucidum Ait and Platy cladus orientalis Franco are often used for SA therapy.In addition,the active components in the traditional Chinese medicines facilitating hair′s growth were also discussed,which would provide clues for the research of new drugs for SA.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicines and their active components have significant effects in SA′s therapy,and the integrated TCM-WM will have great prospect in the future.
