摘　　要：目的评估用Image Pro-Plus(IPP)软件测定核磁共振图像上腹部脂肪面积的可靠性和稳定性。方法 3个经过培训的医师分别用(IPP)测量腹内脂肪(VAT)、皮下脂肪(SAT)浅部皮下脂肪组织(SSAT)和深部皮下脂肪组织(DSAT)的面积,计算测量者内和测量者间的一致性系数(pintra,pinter);其中1名医师在核磁自带的工作站上通过手工勾画测量面积的方法,测定同一批图像的SAT面积,并与IPP测量的面积进行比较。结果 1.MRI工作站直接勾画测定的SAT面积,与IPP软件测定的面积无差异(177.89±8.15 vs.179.15±9.50 cm2,t=-0.327,p=0.751);2.SAT面积测定,测量者内一致性系数(pintra)及测量者之间一致性系数(pinter)分别为0.99和0.98,VAT面积测定pintra和pinter分别为0.94和0.91,各种面积指标的测定值,在3个观察者间无差异(p均>0.05)结论采用Image Pro-Plus软件定量测定核磁共振图像的腹部脂肪面积是较稳定而可靠的方法。Objective： To evaluate the reliability and stability of Image Pro-Plus（IPP） software for detecting the abdominal adipose tissue area from magnetic resonance images（MRI）.Methods： The visceral adipose tissue（VAT）, subcutaneous adipose tissue（SAT）, superficial subcutaneous adipose tissue（SSAT） and deep subcutaneous adipose tissue（DSAT） were measured with three trained physicians for determining consistency coefficient of intra-observer（） and inter- observer（）. One of them measured SAT from the same image with the manually traced area on the workstation that come with MRI, comparing measuring area with IPP.Results： There were no significant differences between MRI and IPP measuring the area of SAT（177.89±8.15 vs. 179.15±9.50 cm2, t=-0.327, p=0.751）. The consistency coefficient of measurement in intra- observer（） and inter- observer（） were 0.99 and 0.98 respectively. The visceral adipose tissue were 0.94（ and 0.91（）, for VAT, amoung three observers showed that the observed results had hardly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Using software of Image Pro-Plus is a reliable and stable method for detecting the quantitative of abdominal adipose tissue area from magnetic resonance images.
