摘　　要：BIM技术的出现为施工企业提高工程建设项目的信息化管理水平提供了重要机遇,但由于涉及面较广、参与方较多、软件平台成熟度较低等因素,施工阶段的BIM应用是整个工程建设产业链中难度最大的环节。文章根据行业现状、背景及BIM技术发展趋势,分析了施工企业BIM应用方向和目标,提出了施工企业BIM应用策略,内容包括:研究发展规律,制定长期战略;坚持循序渐进,避免急于求成;立足业务需求,实现重点突破;加强基础研究,合理配置资源;做好人才培养,打造专业平台;拓展应用空间,实现管理效益等。结合工程实践经验,对现有BIM软件平台开发及应用中存在的问题提出了具体措施和方法,可供相关企业或软件研发人员参考。The appearance of BIM technology provides an important opportunity for construction enterprises to improve the informationization management. Due to such factors as covering？ a wide？ range of aspects, more participants and lower maturity of the software platform, application of BIM during construction phase is the most difficult part in the whole engineering construction. According to the industry status, background and BIM technology development trends, the direction and goals of the construction industry BIM application is analyzed and BIM application strategies are put forward, including： insisting on step by step to avoid anxious; based on business needs to achieve breakthrough in key areas; strengthening the basic research and allocating the resources reasonable;to do a good personnel training and create a professional platform; expanding the application space to achieve the efficient management. Combined with engineering practice, specific measures and methods for the problems existed in BIM software platform development and application are put forward, which can be referenced by relevant researchers.
