摘  要:采用液相剥离法制备石墨烯纳米片,将其滴涂于玻碳电极表面,得到石墨烯修饰电极,再采用电沉积法制得聚嘧啶/石墨烯复合膜修饰电极.利用扫描电子显微镜表征了该电极的表面形貌;利用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了邻苯二酚和对苯二酚在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明该电极对二者的氧化具有优良的电催化能力.在优化条件下,邻苯二酚和对苯二酚可同时被检测且在1.0-200.0μmol·L^-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.3μmol·L^-1和0.4μmol·L^-1(S/N=3),并将该传感器用于模拟废水样中邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的同时测定.Graphene nanosheets( GNs),which were prepared by liquid-phase exfoliation method,were dropped onto a glassy carbon electrode surface to obtain a graphene modified electrode( GN / GCE).Then,the polypyrimidine / graphene composite film modified electrode( p AMPC / GN / GCE) was fabricated by electrodeposition method.The surface morphology of the modified electrode was cheracterized by scanning electron microscope.Electrochemcial behaviors of catechol( CC) and hydroquinone( HQ) on p AMPC / GN / GCE were investigated with cyclic voltammetry( CV) and square wave voltammetry( SWV).Under the optimized conditions,the experimental results showed that the electrode exhibited a remarkable electrocatalytic activity towards the redox of CC and HQ,which can be synchronously detected with a linear range of 1.0 ~ 200.0 μmol·L^-1.The detection limits were 0.3μmol·L^-1and 0.4μmol·L^-1( S /N= 3),respectively.The electrochemical sensor can be used for simultaneous determination of CC and HQ in imitative water samples.
