基于实例的中日民办高校产学研实施情形比较

摘　　要：产学研协作发展是高校实现战略转型的必由之路,而我国民办高校在该领域的发展现状依然堪忧。以日本私立名校R校和中国知名民办高校H校为对象,通过对两校组织架构及制度建设、实施运营、运营成果三大层面的比较分析,对以H校为代表的中国民办高校产学研发展提出如下建议:明确定位,整合资源,精准发力;全面推进体制改革,建立良性发展机制;创新产学研协作模式,完善产学研协作配套体系。If colleges want to achieve a successful strategic transformation, industry university--research institute Collabora- tion is a route which must be passed. However, the current situation of Chinese private colleges is not optimistic. Taking fa- mous Japanese private College R and Chinese private College H as the object of the research, a comparative analysis is conduc- ted between organizational structure and system construction, operation, and operating results of these two colleges. Sugges tions are given to Chinese private colleges. To develop the industry--university--research institute collaboration, definite self positioning, integration of resources and precision power are the crying needs. Comprehensive efforts should be carried out to build a healthy development mechanism. Meanwhile, new modes of industry--university--research institute collaboration need to be created and its supporting systems are also expected to be perfected.
