流程管理视角下大学生党员培养和发展的质量指标体系构建

摘　　要：目前大学生党员发展在入党动机、发展程序、培养考察、党务指导等过程中存在一些问题,需要从素质维度指标、时间维度指标、执行及评价维度指标等三个维度构建大学生党员培养和发展的质量指标体系,以增强党员发展流程的规范性和严密性,提高党员发展的质量。At present development of Party members among college students in motive of join or be admitted to the Party, pro- gram development,training, there are some problems in the investigation, to guide the Party process and need to from the three dimensions of quality indicators dimension, time dimension index, execution and evaluation dimension index construction of col- lege student Party members training and development of quality index system, normative and tightness of the Party member de- velopment process to enhance, improve the quality of the development of Party members.
