摘　　要：高校学生党支部是我党组织体系建设的重要组成部分,具有政治领导、思想引领和组织培养三大职能。目前高校党支部职能建设存在影响力领导力弱化、沟通力传播力不足、支部教育活动单一等现实问题。加强学生党支部职能建设的对策包括:砺学修己,建设学习型党支部;理论先行,构建红色社团文化;双管齐下,把握线上线下两个阵地。College Students Party Branch is an important part of my Party organization system with three functions political leadership, ideological leadership and organizational cultivation. The main problems include week influential leadership, lack of communication and too--single part branch education activities. The measurements of strengthening functions construction of Students Party Branch inelude： encourage and restrain oneself to build a learning branch theory first to build red corporate cul- ture two--pronged approach to grasp the online and offline positions.
