摘　　要：文章一方面试图从当代的城市论述以及各国家和地区的城市再生运动,来讨论建筑师在面对新世纪的种种剧烈变化挑战时,如何重新思考城市中公共与再生的重要性,而让城市的面貌有了多元主体的浮现。另一方面,也藉以台北市作为一个"城市社会学"的研究主题,来讨论如何自下而上地借着开放合众的社会创新以及常民培力的共享行动,来实现市民的共同经验和价值,更进一步地启动一个城市的微更新行动。This article discusses the role of architects in urban renewal and regeneration of several important cities,to better face the challenges brought upon by dramatic changes of the current world.This new era urges us to reconsider the importance of renewal and publicness of urban spaces,to bring out diversity in cities.On the other hand,the author uses Taipei as an example for the research topic ＂Urban Sociology＂ to analyze how by booting social networks,sharing common spaces,encouraging public participation through open platforms,we can achieve micro-urbanism renewal while integrating living style,social values,and public opinions.
