摘　　要：国家电网公司废旧物资网上竞价是实现物资集约化管理的重要环节,针对网上竞价工作的流程环节进行分析,然后通过对回收商调研,发现影响其满意度的重要环节,总结竞价工作存在的问题。进而在真实网上交易数据和回收商调研基础上,从废旧物资网上竞价分包策略、废旧物资网上竞价规则设计、竞拍方式应用、网上竞价用户体验设计等方面提出优化机制和措施。In this paper,we analyzed the links in the online competitive price transaction,then through surveying the recycling enterprises,identified the key links affecting their level of satisfaction,and next,summarized the problems existing in the online competitive price transaction process.Then,based on empirical data,we proposed the mechanism and measures to optimize the transaction process.
