地铁运营物资采购管理中的物流外包模式研究

摘　　要：地铁物流外包模式是优化运营物资采购管理机制的有效选择之一。对地铁运营物资采购管理中物流外包的可行性进行了分析,在此基础之上提出了物流外包模式,指出其中的重要节点,包括:组建综合采购部门、完善供应链管理体系、选择合适的物流承包商、强化物流外包流程管理,最后总结了该模式的重要价值,包括:提升地铁运营物资采购管理的效能、降低采购成本、突出主业经营、强化地铁企业核心竞争力等等,为地铁企业的运营管理提供参考。In this paper, we analyzed the feasibility of logistics outsourcing in metro operation material purchasing management, then on such basis, proposed the suitable logistics outsourcing mode, pointed out the key links, and at the end, summarized the value of this mode, including increasing the efficiency of the purchasing management system, lowering the purchasing cost, bringing out the significance of the main business and reinforcing the core competitivity of the metro enterprises, etc.
