摘　　要：从B公司的采购流程出发,将管理事务流程图与ASME分析法相结合,分析制约采购流程效率的原因,并运用工业工程的思想和方法进行优化,达到简化流程,减少非增值作业的目的。In this paper, starting from the purchasing process of the company B, we combined the management affairs flowchart with the ASME process, analyzed the causes restricting the efficient running of the purchasing process, and optimized the process using the principle and methodology of industrial engineering so as to simplify it and trim non-value-added activities.
