言语清晰度测试词表与汉语测试词表在听力正常人中言语识别阈的测试比较

摘　　要：目的:分别应用言语清晰度测试词表(材料一)和汉语测试词表(材料二)对1组听力正常的受试者进行言语识别阈(speech recognition threshold,SRT)测试,对所得结果进行相关分析,以期了解所选两种材料于听力正常人群的测试结果在临床上是否具有等价性,可否交互使用。方法:选取1组听力正常受试者(50名,100耳),先后通过两种材料下的言语识别阈测试,对所得结果进行比较。结果:受试者平均纯音听阈(pure-tone average,PTA)为4.902 d B HL±3.12,言语清晰度测试词表与汉语测试词表所得SRT值分别为6.90 d B HL±3.20和6.60 d B HL±3.63;两份材料所得SRT值与PTA的差值,分别为1.998 d B HL和1.698 d B HL。上述结果两两比较,P>0.05,差异均无统计学意义。结论:两种测试材料测听结果SRT与受试组PTA一致性好,两种材料所得SRT间比较显示测试结果具有可比性,在临床上可交互应用。Objective：Applying Speech articulation test vocabulary test （material I） and Chinese glossary （material II） for 1 group of normal hearing subjects for speech recognition threshold （SRT） test,carrying out correlation analysis,to understand if the test results of two kinds of selected materials in normal hearing people in clinical is equivalent or could be used alternately. Methods： 1 group of normal hearing subjects （50 people, 100 ears） were selected, and the results were compared with the speech recognition threshold test of two kinds of materials. Results：The mean pure-tone average（PTA） of the group is 4. 902 dB HL ± 3.12, and speech intelligibility test vocabulary and Chinese vocabulary test of the SRT values were 6.90dB HL ± 3.20, and 6.6 dB HL± 3.63. The difference between the SRT value and the PTA value of the two materials was 1. 9980 HL and 1. 698 dB HL respectively. The results of the above comparison, had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion ：The results of the two tests were consistent with the PTA of the tested group,and the comparison between the SRT of the two materials showed that the test results were comparable and can be used in clinical practice.
