摘  要:建立了芦笋及其制品中9种有机氯类与5种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的定性和定量分析方法。芦笋样品用乙酸乙酯一环己烷混合溶液(1+1,V/V)提取,凝胶色谱净化,以弗罗里硅土小柱作为分离柱,经程序升温分离各组分,以峰面积外标法定量,能有效分离9种有机氯和5种拟除虫菊酯农药,消除基质干扰效果好。该法在0.01-0.10mg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数R2均大于0.995,回收率为78.3%,103.5%,相对标准偏差为4.1%。7.3%。有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药检出限分别为0.002mg/kg和0.005mg/kg。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于国内外对农药残留限量的检测要求,为芦笋的出口提供技术保障。Gas chromatography method of 9 kinds of organochlorines pesticides and 5 kinds of pyrethroid pesticides in asparagus and asparagus products are constituted. The samples of asparagus are extracted with ethyl acetate-cyclohexane solution (1+1, V/V) and pontificated by gel chromatography. Using Florida silica column chromatography as separate pole can effectively separate of 9 kinds organochlorine pesticides and 5 kinds of pyrethroid pesticides and eliminate interference. The results show that the calibration curves are linear (R2〉0.995) in the range of 0.01-0.10 mg/L for all the pesticides. The average recoveries are between 78.3% and 103.5%, and relative standard deviations are among 4.1%~7.3%. The limits of detection for organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticides are 0.002 mg/kg and 0.005 mg/kg. The advantages of the method are sensitive and stable. It applies to domestic and international limits for pesticide residue testing requirements and provides technical support for the export of asparagus.
