摘　　要：定量装车系统是危化品智能储运行业里为了提高装车过程的安全性以及装车效率,有效保障计量精度,减轻操作工人的劳动强度而开发的一种自动智能化计量系统。本文通过总结当前常用的火车定量装车工艺,提出了一套单台流量计实现多个鹤管定量装车的新工艺,该工艺自动化水平高,且节省了大量投资。Quantitative loading system is use in hazardous chemicals intelligent transporlalion industty to improve the safety and efficiency of loading, effectively ensure the measurement precision, reduce labor intensity of operating workers to developed an automatic intelligent metering system. This paper summarizes the current conventional train quantitative loading process, propose the new craft of single flow meter control multiple sets of loading arm, high level of automation technology, and saves a lot of investment.
