摘  要:采样数据的远程通信是风电机组状态监测系统中不可或缺的关键技术。由于现场风机位置较为分散,传统的以太网通信安装和维护成本较高。本文将无线通信技术与数据采集系统相结合,提供了一种基于GPRS通信模块SIM900A和32位数字信号处理器DSP(TMS320F2812)的远程无线风电机组状态监测系统。其中分别介绍了下位机和通信模块的主要功能以及硬件接口设计,并分析了基于AT指令的软件设计流程,实现了监测数据采集处理与无线传输。在满足监测系统实时性和可靠性的同时,大大减少了系统成本。The remote communication of sampled data is an indispensable key technique in the wind turbines condition monitoring system. Because of the location of the wind turbines is dispersed, the installation and maintenance cost of traditional Ethernet communication is high. The paper combines wireless communication technology and data acquisition system, and provides a remote wireless wind turbines condition monitoring system based on GPRS communication module SIM900A and 32 bit digital signal processor DSP (TMS320F2812). Firstly it introduces the main functions and the design of the hardware interface of the slave computer and the communication module. And then it analyzes the process of software design based on AT instruction, and realizes the acquisition, processing and wireless transmission of the monitoring data. While meeting the real- time and reliability of monitoring, the system reduces the cost quite a lot.
