摘  要:目的:探讨双源CT(Dual-source CT,DSCT)单能谱成像技术去除颅内金属伪影用于颅内动脉瘤术后的临床应用价值。材料与方法:对30例颅内动脉瘤术后复查的患者使用DSCT双能量扫描,采用双能量扫描程序,用单能谱成像技术利用不同的能谱直接进行不同密度的金属减影。用单能谱成像技术进行以下6个ke V的后处理:40ke V、70ke V、100ke V、130ke V、160ke V、190ke V。两名放射科医生根据4分评价表评估6个不同的ke V图像和120 ke V加权图像。结果:各单能谱组与120k V加权组的图像评分之间均有统计学意义,且130ke V时去除金属伪影效果最佳。结论:DSCT双能量扫描单能谱成像技术能够有效去除金属伪影,清晰显示颅内动脉瘤术后的细微结构。Purpose: To investigate dual energy CT single can remove intracranial metallic artifacts for intracranial aneurysm surgery clinical application value of spectral imaging technology. Materials and Methods: 30 cases of intracranial aneurysms after operation of patients using Flash dual energy CT scan,using dual energy scan program,one can use the energy spectrum directly different density of metal subtraction of different spectral imaging technology. Treatment with a single spectral imaging techniques are the following 6 ke V: 40 ke V,70 ke V,100 ke V,130 ke V,160 ke V,190 ke V. Two radiologists according to 4 evaluation form evaluation of 6 different ke V images and 120 ke V weighted images. Results: The single energy spectrum between the group and 120 k V weighted image score was statistically significant,and the 130 ke V removal of metal artifact is best. Conclusion: Dual energy single can effectively remove metal artifacts spectral imaging technology; clearly show the fine structure after intracranial aneurysm operation.
