经直肠超声检查对射精管囊肿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析经直肠超声检查射精管囊肿的声像图特征,以提高认识。材料与方法:回顾性分析18例在我院经直肠超声检查和临床诊断为射精管囊肿的病例的声像图表现,包括数量、位置、大小、形态、内部回声、与射精管长轴的关系、精囊是否扩张等表现。结果:射精管囊肿在数量、大小、形态及内部回声无特殊表现,但16例(88.9%)表现为囊肿长轴走向于射精管一致,2例近圆形,长轴不明确。8例伴有精囊扩张。结论:经直肠超声检查射精管囊肿有较好的灵敏度,可为临床提供诊断依据。Purpose： To analyze the transrectal ultrasonographic features of ejaculatory duct cyst,and to investigate the value of the transrectal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ejaculatory duct cyst. Materials and Methods： The sonograms of 18 patients with ejaculatory duct cyst confirmed by clinical diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively,including the number,location,size,shape,internal echo,and the long axis of the ejaculation,the expansion of seminal vesicle. Results： The number,size,shape and internal echo of the cyst was not special,but 16 cases（ 88. 9%） showed that the long axis of the cyst were consistent with ejaculation duct. The shape were round in 2 cases. 8 cases were with expansion of seminal vesicle.Conclusion： Transrectal ultrasonography in the ejaculatory duct cyst has good sensitivity,which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis.
