摘 要:目的分析研究100级层流手术室较10000~100000级层流手术室空气质量动态变化对人工关节置换术后感染的预防影响。方法 180例行人工关节置换术治疗的患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组90例。A组用100级层流手术室,B组用10000~100000级层流手术室。通过对动、静状态下的沉降菌落数量的检测及术后患者感染率分析手术室空气质量变化对人工关节置换术后的感染预防影响。结果 A组静态沉降菌数量为(0.149±0.281)个,动态沉降菌数量为(24.685±12.628)个,低于B组的(0.661±0.904)、(42.794±18.560)个,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A组术后感染发生率为3.33%,明显低于B组的27.78%(P〈0.05)。结论手术室空气质量清洁度与关节置换术后感染紧密关联,改善和提高手术室环境水平有利于预防患者术后感染的发生。Objective To analyze and research influence by 100 class laminar flow operating room air quality dynamic change on infection after artificial joint replacement, comparing with 10000~100000 class. Methods A total of 180 artificial joint replacement patients were randomly divided into groups A and B, with 90 cases in each group. Group A were in 100 class laminar flow operating room, and group B were in 10000~100000 class operating room. Comparison was made on static and dynamic settlement colony count, and postoperative infection between the two groups to analyze influence by operating room air quality on infection after artificial joint replacement. Results Group A had lower static settlement colony count as(0.149±0.281) strains and dynamic settlement colony count as(24.685±12.628) strains than(0.661±0.904) and(42.794±18.560) strains of group B, and their difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Group A also had obviously lower incidence of postoperative infection as 3.33% than 27.78% of group B(P0.05). Conclusion Operating room air quality is closely related with infection after artificial joint replacement. Improvement of operating room air quality can prevent postoperative infection.
