超声引导在麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨及总结超声引导在麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤中的应用效果及经验。方法对635例,1 089个乳腺病灶均使用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统切除病灶,并评价其效果。结果 635例病例中,乳腺增生症228例,乳腺纤维瘤233例,乳腺囊肿138例,导管内乳头状瘤32例,乳腺恶性肿瘤4例,术后出现并发症81例。结论运用超声的引导进行乳腺良性肿块麦默通微创切除术,具有实时、安全、高效、准确等优点,是一种值得临床推广及应用的手术方法。Objective The aim of our study is to investigatethel application and experience of ultrasound- guided Mammotome system to the treatment of patients with breast fibroadenom. Methods The operations and biopsy for 1 089 breast lesions in 635 patients were performed by ultrasound guided Mammotome system,and the diagnostic and therapeutic values of Mammotome were evaluated. Results 635 cases,228 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia,mammary gland fibroma of 233 cases,138 cases of breast cyst,32 cases of intraductal papilloma,mammary gland malignant tumor in 4cases,81 cases of postoperative complications. Conclusions Using ultrasound guidance for benign breast mammotome minimally invasive resection,has the advantages of real- time,safe,efficient and accurate,is a worthy of clinical promotion and application of surgical method.
