完善后勤支持系统对提高手术器械管理质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨完善后勤支持系统对提高手术器械管理质量的效果。方法按管理方式不同将梅州市人民医院手术室器械管理分为两个阶段,即2013-02—2014-01间为常规管理阶段,2014-02—2015-01间为完善后勤支持系统管理阶段。比较两个阶段手术器械感染发生率,患者及家属满意度,医护人员满意度,手术器械遗失情况和管理成本。结果通过完善后勤支持系统,2014-02—2015-01间手术器械感染发生率为0.88%,明显低于常规管理阶段的1.32%(χ2=5.11,P<0.05);患者及家属满意度、医护人员满意度均明显高于常规管理阶段(P<0.01);遗失手术器械件数和管理成本均较之前有所下降。结论完善后勤支持系统可降低手术器械感染发生率,提高医护人员、患者及家属满意度,减少器械遗失,降低管理成本,能显著提升手术器械管理质量。Objective To explore the effect of improving the logistics support to improve the quality management of surgical instruments. Methods The operation room equipment management was chosen as research object,and according to the different surgical instrument management method,it was divided into two control group（ normal control） and observation group（ quality management for improving logistics support system）. The infection rate of surgical instruments,the degree of patient and their families＇ satisfaction,medical staff satisfaction,and surgical instruments lost and management costs were compared. Results Through improving logistical support systems,the infection rate was 0. 88% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 1. 32%）（ χ2= 5. 11,P〈0. 05）. The degree of satisfaction of patients and their families and medical staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Loss of surgical instruments and management costs was declined. Conclusion Improving logistics support system can reduce the infection rate of surgical instruments,improve the satisfaction of medical staff,patients and family members,reduce the loss of surgical instruments and reduce management costs,and can significantly improve the management of surgical instruments.
