摘　　要：肌肉"骨通道原理"是祖国传统医学在治疗骨折整复中的核心理念,其强调筋骨并重。作者通过探讨肌肉"骨通道原理"在躯干长骨骨折整复中的作用,为中医在"骨通道原理"指导下开展躯干长骨骨折整复治疗提供依据。＂Bone Channel principle＂is the Chinese traditional medicine core concept in the treatment of fractures of the entire complex in which emphasizes bones of both. In this study,muscle＂bone channel principle＂in the trunk of long bone fractures in the entire complex is discussed,as Chinese medicine ＂bone channel principle＂under the guidance of the trunk to carry the entire complex treatment of long bone fractures provide evidence.
