摘 要:目的:探讨信息化条件下近海海战减员主要因素并构建指标体系。方法运用专家咨询法对诸多影响因素进行筛选判定,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算指标权重,对信息化条件下近海海战成员因素进行量化分析。结果2轮专家咨询表的回收率分别为93%和100%,专家权威系数0.65,熟悉系数0.75,建立了3个一级指标,9个二级指标,42个三级指标。结论构建了信息化条件下近海海战减员影响因素指标体系,有较高的可靠性、实用性。Objective To make quantitative research on the main influential factors of battle casualties during offshore sea warfare under the scenario of informatization,through literature research,the Delphi method and mathematical approaches.Methods The Delphi method was used to screen and determine various influential factors,and analytic hierarchy process (AHP)was applied to calculate the weights of each index. Results The recovery rates for the 2 rounds of questionnaire survey were respectively 93% and 100%,and authority coefficient of expert was 0.65,familiar coefficient was 0.75.Finally,3 first-grade indexes,9 second-grade indexes and 42 third-grade indexes were established for statistical analyses.Conclusions A reliable and practical index system of influential factors for battle casualties during offshore sea warfare under the scenario of informatization was established.
