摘　　要：从海上医疗救护的角度出发，分析了相关临床诊断对医学检验的需求，结合海军舰船医学检验设备的配置现状和存在问题，提出了海上工作环境对医学检验类设备的功能和性能需求，并对舰船医学检验类设备的设计开发提出了基本框架方案，为研发舰艇专用卫生装备提供参考。From the perspective of medical care at sea,the paper analyzed the demands for laboratory testing systems concerning the diagnosis of related diseases.In the light of the disposition status and the problems that existed concerning laboratory testing systems onboard naval ships,strict demands were proposed for the practical function and performance of laboratory testing systems imposed by marine working environment. Framework on the design and development of laboratory testing systems used onboard the ship was also recommended.All this work was of important value to the research and development of specific laboratory testing systems used in medical cabins onboard the ship.
