激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的药物经济学文献综述

摘　　要：我国进入围绝经期的妇女众多,激素替代疗法(HRT)是一种常见的用于治疗围绝经期综合征的疗法。在临床治疗中,HRT既因缓解围绝经期综合征状、保护心血管系统、减少骨折的发生而被广泛应用,也因易于诱发子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌而减少使用。与此相对应的,在不同研究视角下,与HRT治疗相关的成本也较为复杂。本文通过检索中英文数据库,系统地对已发表文献进行纳入与排除,对已发表的HRT治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效与经济性展开综合评价,发现不同研究的研究视角、研究目的、研究设计、研究方法等差异是较大的,不同研究的增量成本效果比差异也较大,但是总体趋势是与对照组相比,HRT治疗的增量成本效果比普遍在可接受的阈值范围内,以期为我国临床用药、政策制定和学术研究等提供参考依据。Many women suffer from perimenopausal syndrome in China. Hormone replacement therapy is a common therapy for perimenopausal syndrome, which can relieve menopausal transition, protect the cardiovascular system and reduce the occurrence of fractures. But it is limited due to the possible by induction endometrial cancer and breast cancer. Correspondingly cost associated with hormone replacement therapy treatment is also more complicated from different research perspectives. Through searching the databases in both English and Chinese and reviewing literatures with inclusion and exclusion criteria, the perspectives, objectives, study designs and methods of these related studies were different, resulting in different incremental cost-effectiveness ratios. Compared with the control group, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of hormone replacement therapy were common within the acceptable thresholds on the whole. These results of the systemic review would be used to provide reference for clinical drug use, policy-making and academic research.
