摘 要:为了从泌乳曲线角疫量化不同胎次和产犊季节的差异,试验利用奶牛群体改良(DHI)记录和Wood模型,拟合北京地区代表性牛场的荷斯坦奶牛泌乳曲线,并对泌乳曲线参数进行分析。结果表明:Wood模型拟合群体泌乳曲线拟合度(R2)变化范围为0.9489~0.9769,极显著受到胎次影响(P〈0.01);达到产奶高峰的速度板显著受到胎次影响(P〈0.01);高峰后产奶量的下降速度极显著受到产犊季节的影响(P〈0.01);高峰泌乳月和泌乳持续力都极显著受到胎次的影响(P〈0.01),显著受到产犊季节的影响(P〈0.05);泌乳潜力和高峰产奶量都极显著受到胎次、产犊季节及其互作的影响(P〈0.01)。说明泌乳曲线具有群体特异性,增加数据量制作不同产犊季节和胎次的标准泌乳曲线,以量化季节对个体和群体产奶性能的影响、预测产奶量实属必要。To quantify the differences between different parities and calving seasons from the point of view of lactation curves, dairy herd im- provement (DHI) records and the Wood model were used to fit the lactation curves of Holstein cows from a representative farm in Beijing area for analyzing the curve parameters. The results showed that the fitting degree ( R2 ) of group lactation curves of Wood model ranged from 0. 948 9 to 0. 976 9, which was extremely significantly affected (P 〈0.01 ) by parities. The velocity at milk production peak and descending velocity milk production after the peak were also extremely significantly affected (P 〈 0.01 ) by parities and calving seasons, respectively. Both peak lactation month and lactation persistence were extremelysignificantly affected ( P 〈 0.01 ) by the parities, and significantly affected ( P 〈 0.05 ) by the calving seasons. Lactation potential and peak production were extremely significantly affected (P 〈 0.01 ) by calving seasons, parities and their interactions. The results indicate that lactation curves are population -specific, which makes it necessary to increase the data amount and draw the standard lactation curves for different calving seasons and parities to quantify the effect of calving seasons on the milking perform- ance of individuals and groups and predict the amountof milk.
