兔胆粉和熊胆粉的镇咳祛痰药理作用研究

摘　　要：为了研究兔胆粉的镇咳、祛痰作用,试验分别采用小鼠氨水引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌法观察兔胆汁的镇咳、祛痰作用。结果表明:在小鼠浓氨水引咳试验中,与阴性对照组比较,兔胆粉组可延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,且在规定时间内,能够有效减少咳嗽发生次数;在小鼠酚红排泌量试验中,与阴性对照组比较,兔胆粉组能够增加小鼠酚红排泌量。说明兔胆粉具有一定的镇咳、祛痰作用。To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of rabbit bile, the methods of ammonia induced coughing and phenol red excretion in mice were used for the observation of antitussive and expectorant effects of rabbit bile. The results showed that in the ammonia induced coughing test in mice, rabbit bile group could inhibit the time of cough induced by ammonia Water and could effectively reduce the frequency of cough within the specified time compared with the negative control group ; and in the phenol red excretion test in mice, the rabbit bile group could in- crease the excretion level of phenol red in mice compared with the negative control group. The results indicate that rabbit bile has certain anti- tussive and expectorant effects.
