摘 要:目的:运用PDCA循环管理办法降低自动化药房快速出药系统出药差错率。方法:依循PDCA循环管理步骤,对快速出药系统出药差错的原因进行全面分析并设定目标和对策,积极实施后对比结果,并对效果和不足进行总结。结果:实施PDCA循环后系统出药差错率、系统调剂差错率、药师加药差错率均降低,但措施对降低药师加药差错具有可行性,对降低系统调剂差错效果不具可行性。结论:实施PDCA循环有效降低了因药师加药差错造成的自动化药房快速出药系统出药差错率,改善了药房管理,提升了服务质量。OBJECTIVE To apply PDCA cycle to reduce medication error rate of our automated pharmacy quickly out of a drug delivery system.METHODS Following PDCA cycle,reasons for rapid drug medicine system error were comprehensively analyzed,goals and countermeasures were set.Results before and after implementing PDCA were compared,and effects and shortcomings were summarized.RESULTS After implementation of PDCA,error rate was reduced in medicine delivery,dispensing,pharmacist dosing.However,the measure was feasible to reduce pharmacist dosing rather than dispensing system error.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle can effectively reduce pharmacist dosing errors in quick drug delivery system in automated pharmacy,improve pharmacy management and improve service quality.
