摘 要:为研究多效唑浸种处理对甘蔗幼苗分蘖发生及生理特性变化的影响,以甘蔗品种ROC22为试验材料,采用不同浓度的多效唑浸种处理,在甘蔗6叶期调查甘蔗幼苗的分蘖数和生长情况,在甘蔗2、4、6叶期对叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性等生理指标进行测定。结果表明:多效唑浸种处理可有效提高并提早甘蔗幼苗分蘖的发生,适宜甘蔗分蘖发生及生长发育的浓度为50 mg/L;多效唑浸种处理显著提高了甘蔗幼苗叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸等指标含量及过氧化物酶活性;90mg/L多效唑浸种处理甘蔗幼苗叶片中的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量最高;以50 mg/L多效唑浸种处理甘蔗的脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性最高。To study the effects of seed soaking in PP333 on tillering occurrence and changes of physiological characteristics of sugarcane seedlings, the seed soaking treatment was adopted by using the different concentrations of PP333 with the sugarcane variety ROC22 as experimental materials. Then the number and growth of tiller were investigated at six leaf stage of sugarcane seedling. And the physiological parameters as the chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, proline content and peroxidase activity of leaves were measured at sugarcane 2, 4, 6 leaf stage. The results showed that: PP333 seed soaking treatment could effectively improve and quicken the tillering occurrence of sugarcane seedling. The suitable PP333 concentration for sugarcane tillefing occurrence, growth and development was 50mg/L. PP333 seed soaking treatment significantly increased the content of chlorophyllt, soluble protein, proline and the activity of peroxidase in the sugarcane seedling leaves. The optimum PP333 concentration which could make the claloropnyll content and soluble protein content of sugarcane seedling leaves reached the highest value was 90 mg/L. The optimum PP333 concentration which could make the proline content and the peroxidase activity reached the highest value was 50 mg/L.
