山区城市绿色食品产业集群发展路径研究——以广东梅州为例

摘　　要：绿色食品产业集群生成的路径选择要依据城市的宏观环境和微观环境。对照绿色食品产业集群生成的条件,结合山区城市梅州食品产业发展的现状和绿色食品产业发展的优势分析,从绿色食品产业集群生成的3条一般路径(即由未形成"集群"的绿色食品生产区向绿色食品产业集群转化、由特色农产品产业带向绿色食品产业集群的转化、由一般食品产业集群向绿色食品产业集群转化)中选出最适合梅州绿色食品产业集群发展的路径,即由非"集群"的绿色食品生产区向绿色食品产业集群转化。分别从政府、行业和企业3个层面,探讨了推进梅州绿色食品产业集群发展的措施。The path to generate the green food industrial cluster should be selected on the basis of analysis on the macro environment and micro environment. According to the conditions of generating green food industry cluster, with considering the present situation of food industry development and the advantages of green food industry in Meizhou, a mountainous city, this article selected the most suitable development path for the green food industry cluster in Meizhou from three paths （ changing from the green food production district that is not formed ＂cluster＂ to green food industrial cluster, changing from unique agricultural industry beh to green food industrial cluster and changing from general food industrial cluster to green food industrial cluster ） was the first path. From the aspects of government, industry and enterprise, the measures to promote the development of green food industrial cluster in Meizhou were discussed, respectively.
