摘 要:油液中的磨粒状态错综复杂,容易出现聚集,为准确获取磨粒信息,建立多磨粒的数学模型。为研究油液中磨粒的不规则形状对内嵌电感式传感器电感特性的影响,利用Maxwell建立内嵌电感式传感器的仿真模型,从电感值、磁通量、耦合系数等多种角度探究多磨粒的电感特性。结果表明:双磨粒的电感值远大于单磨粒,柱状磨粒电感值远大于相同体积的球状磨粒;球磨粒与柱磨粒的相对位置对电感的影响不大。The state of the wear particles in the oils is complex and prone to aggregation.In order to obtain the wear particle information accurately, the mathematical model of multiple wear particles was established,In order to study the influence of irregular shape of abrasive particles in the oils on the electromagnetic characteristics of the embedded inductive sensor, the simulation model of embedded inductive sensor was established with Maxwell. The inductance, magnetic flux, and coupling coefficient of multiple wear particles were studied based on the simulation model.The results show that the inductance of double wear particles is greater than that of single wear particle, and the inductance of columnar wear particle is greater than that of spherical one.The effect of relative position between spherical wear particle and columnar wear particle on the inductance is small.
