摘  要:通过分析支撑辊轴承稀油润滑系统存在的乳化液侵入润滑系统的问题,提出改进密封结构和采用一种高分水性能润滑油的解决方案。通过改进密封结构,减少了乳化液侵入稀油润滑系统,通过提高油品的分水性能,提高了系统应对突发的进乳化液事故的能力。该改进措施已成功应用于国内多条酸轧机组上。Through analyzing the problem of emulsion ingress into backup roll thin oil lubrication system in cold rolling, a solution was presented, including improving the sealing structure and selecting the lubricating oil with high water separation property.By improving the sealing structure, the lubrication system can prevent emulsion ingress into thin oil, and by selecting the lubricating oil with high water separation property, the lubrication system has a high ability in response to sudden accident of emulsion ingress.The improved method was applied successfully in the pickling tandem cold mills.
