摘  要:针对钢板纵剪机组出现的钢板剪切质量不达标、剪切后钢板表面有划伤、钢板剪切后产生镰刀、分离隔片等工艺执行部件磨损严重等问题,进行了现场测量、试验研究及分析。根据分析结果,采用重新修配圆盘剪主刀轴、增加开卷机液压涨力制动力、改进对中立辊的液压回路工作原理和推广使用新的分离隔片等方法,彻底解决了纵剪线工艺设备问题,使该成套设备达产达效。Aim at some problems appeared in steel plate slitting line, such as shear quality is not up to standard, scratch on surface, edge camber and serious wear of executive components(separator etc.), the field measurement, experimental study and analysis were carried out. According to analysis results, it adopted some methods to completely solve the problem of the slitting line process equipment, make the complete equipment reach production capacity and profit, including repairing the disc shearing shaft, increasing the braking force of decoiler hydraulic tension, improving hydraulic circuit working principle of centring vertical roll and promoting the new separator.
