摘 要:为了进一步探索油气管道安全运行的质量控制模式,总结了油气管道失效控制的基本方法,并对我国近年来油气管道失效事故和油气输送钢管的质量现状进行了统计分析。基于可靠性和失效控制理论,建立了影响管道安全运行的钢管质量因素树图,分析了管道失效的主要模式和原因,并提出了有效的质量控制模式及相应的改善措施。研究结果表明,油气输送钢管的总体质量水平和控制能力与国外有一定差距,需要采取有效的质量控制措施,从而保证油气管道的安全可靠运行。In order to further explore quality control modes of oil and gas transportation steel pipe safe operation, it summarized the basic methods of controlling oil and gas pipeline failure, and the statistic analysis was carried out for the oil and gas pipeline failure accidents in recent years and the current status of oil and gas pipe quality. Based on reliability and failure control theory, it established the steel pipe quality tree graph affecting pipeline safe operation, analyzed the main failure modes and causes, and put forward effective quality control mode and the corresponding improvement measures. The results indicated that a certain gap exists between the overall quality level of oil and gas transportation pipeline and control ability in China and abroad, should adopt effective quality control measures to ensure oil and gas pipeline safe operation.
