摘 要:以玻璃珠作为载体,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备Ti O2/玻璃珠,Ti O2/玻璃珠与铁屑组成粒子电极,以钛网为主电极,石墨片为阴极,以亚甲基蓝硫酸钠溶液模拟含盐染料废水,利用三维电极光电催化作用对含盐染料废水进行降解研究,结果表明:当染料废水浓度为5 mg/L,亚甲基蓝50 m L,盐浓度为0.04 mol/L的Na2SO4,粒子电极配比为Ti O2/玻璃珠粒子电极0.8 g和铁屑粒子电极为0.2 g,主电极间外加电压选择2 V,两主电极间距选择1.5 cm,光源为20 W紫外灯,光照高度为15 cm,光催化90 min的降解率能达到35.42%。Using glass beads as the carrier, TiO2/glass beads were prepared by sol-gel method, then the particle electrode of TiO2/glass beads was prepared from the TiO2/glass beads and iron particles. Using titanium mesh as anode and graphite as cathode, ethylene blue sodium sulphate solution as salt-containing dye wastewater, three-dimensional photoelectrocatalytic system degradation rate of methylene blue solution was researched. The photoelectrocatalytic experiment shows that, when TiO2/ glass beads is 0.8 g, iron particles are 0.2 g, external voltage is 2 V, electrode distance is 1.5 cm, sodium sulphate is 0.04 mol/L, methylene blue solution concentration is 5 mg/L, the light source is 20 W UV lamp and illumination height is 15cm, methylene blue decolorization rate in the three-dimensional photoelectric catalysis experiment is the best,35.4% in 90 min.
