摘 要:随着油田的逐步开发,水力压裂在低渗透油气田增产中起到越来越重要的作用,压裂液的性能要求也逐步提高。主要针对压裂液体系的抗温抗剪切能力研制出了以2 500万聚丙烯酰胺和羟丙基瓜胶复配作为稠化剂,复合有机硼锆作为交联剂的压裂液体系。通过对该体系进行了室内性能评价,结果表明符合行业相关标准。最后,根据现场实际应用表明所研制的抗高温压裂液体系能够满足高温低渗透油藏的改造增产要求,具有良好的应用前景。With gradual development of oil fields, hydraulic fracturing plays more and more important role in stimulation of low permeability oil and gas fields, requirements for the fracturing fluid performance are also higher and higher. A fracturing fluid system was developed with PAM of 25 million molecular weight and hydroxypropyl guar gum as mixed thickening agent, composite organic boron zirconium as crosslinking agent. Laboratory performance evaluation of the system was carried out. The results show that the system can meet the relevant industry standards. The actual application shows that the developed high-temperature resistance frac^ring fluid system can meet the requirements of high temperature and low permeability reservoir stimulation, and has good application prospect.
