减震喉在泵管道上的应用分析

摘　　要：通过对减震喉泄漏事故进行分析总结,全面阐述了减震喉的使用条件和安装要求。结合减震喉技术条件、洗涤塔循环泵运行参数、减震喉外观检查,通过对减震喉受力、泵出口受力、减震喉安装进行分析,提出了减震喉出现事故的原因及解决方案。期望能够为其他设计人员的设计提供参考。Working conditions and installation requirements of expansion joints were comprehensively expounded through analysis of leakage accidents. Combined with the technical specifications of expansion joints, operating parameters of circulating pump and visual inspection, the force of expansion joints was analyzed as well as the force of pump outlet and the installation of expansion joints. Causes of the leakage accident were discussed, and solutions were put forward.
