摘 要:当含蜡原油的温度降至凝点附近,析出的蜡晶颗粒会聚集、交联,形成三维网状结构,将液态原油包裹其中,此时原油形成胶凝体系。含蜡原油之前经历的热历史和剪切历史可以改变析出蜡晶的形态和结构,进而改变流变性。阐述了不同测量温度、降温速率、恒温时间等热历史条件和不同预剪切强度、动冷终温等剪切历史条件下形成的胶凝结构在屈服应力方面的差异,及有关屈服应变的研究进展,并对未来的发展方向提出建议。When the temperature of waxy crude oil is cooled to its gel point level, the precipitated waxy crystals will aggregate and form a three-dimensional network structure full of entrapped oil, then the oil inside forms a gel-like structure. The thermal and shear history of waxy crude oil can change the morphology and structure of waxy crystals, thus changing the rheological properties of waxy crude oil. This paper illustrated the differences in yield stress of gel structure formed under different thermal history including different measuring temperatures, cooling rates and isothermal holding time, and under different shear history including different pre-shear strengths and final dynamic cooling temperatures. In addition, the research status of yield strain was explained, and some suggestions on its future development direction were put forward.
