摘  要:混输管道内原油的掺混比例不同,原油的物性及流变参数也会有所不同,管道的运行的温度、压力等动态参数也会随之改变。对管道全年周围土壤环境温度进行了计算,运用OLGA软件分别对埋地热油管道的停输和再启动过程进行了模拟,针对不同混合比例以及全年不同月份,对管道的安全停输时间进行了计算,给出了计算结果,确保管道停输再启动过程的安全平稳运行。If mixing proportion of crude oil in the pipeline is different, the physical properties and rheological parameters of crude oil will be different, the pipeline operation temperature, pressure and other dynamic parameters will be changed. In this paper, annual soil temperature around the pipeline was calculated, shutdown process and restart process of buried hot oil pipeline were respectively simulated by Olga software, aiming at different mixing ratios and different months, the safe shutdown time of the pipeline was calculated. The calculation results were obtained to ensure safe and stable operation of pipeline shutdown and restart processes.
