摘 要:随着控压钻井技术在钻井行业中的广泛应用,优选满足不同地层特点及钻井实际情况的钻井方式成为控压钻井的关键。将范例推理技术应用到控压钻井方式的优选上,借助计算机技术,开发了一种基于范例推理的控压钻井方式优选系统。该系统使用相似度算法计算新井与源范例的相似度,以此来优选控压钻井方式。以新疆油田井B28为例进行分析,该系统给出的结果与实际钻井一致,证明了该系统的有效性。Managed pressure drilling techniques have gained wide acceptance in the drilling industry. Optimized selection of the drilling ways according to the different formation characteristics and the actual situation of drilling is the key to make managed pressure drilling success. An optimization system of managed pressure drilling ways was developed based on case reasoning by combining computer technology. The system can use the similarity algorithm to compute the similarity between new well and the case to select suitable managed pressure drilling ways. The system was investigated by taking well B28 of Xinjiang oil field as an example. The results show that, application results of the system are consistent with the actual drilling situation, so it is effective.
