摘  要:采用电絮凝-气浮法处理乳化油废水,筛选处理效果好的电极,并进行操作条件的优化实验。结果表明,铝、铁和304不锈钢电极中以铝电极为佳;优化操作条件为:电流密度12.47 m A/cm2(对应槽电压10.6 V)、电气浮时间为50 min、极板间距为1.5 cm、p H为3,在此条件下,乳化油废水的油和COD的去除率可分别达到96.01%和95.28%。可为含油废水的处理提供参考。Three kinds of mental electrode, aluminum, iron and 304 stainless steel were used to treat emulsified oil wastewater. The aluminum was selected as the best anode and used to study the optimum conditions of treat emulsified oil wastewater through electrocoagulation-electroflotation technique. Orthogonal test results showed that the removal ratio ofoil content and COD can reach 96.01% and 95.28%, at the optimum conditions that the current density of 12.47 mA/cm^2 (corresponding to the cell voltage of 10.6 V), reaction time of 50min, plate spacing of 1.5 cm, pH of 3. The valuable reference for the treatment of the emulsified oil wastewater was provided.
