摘 要:针对河南省某市现有城市污水处理设施处理能力的制约,新建污水处理厂1座,处理该市西部城区工业废水及县城生活污水。根据进水水质和处理后出水水质达到一级A标准的要求,采用水解酸化、厌氧滤池联合曝气生物滤池(AF/BAF)、混凝、生物活性碳滤池工艺。实际运行结果表明,通过对进出水水质的检测,COD、NH3-N的去除率达到80%以上,BOD5、SS的去除率均达到95%以上。处理后出水COD为40-50mg/L,BOD,为4~8mg/L,SS、TN、NH3-N的质量浓度分别为5—8、10-15、3-5mg/L,水质可达GB18918-2002一级A标准。废水处理成本为0.643元/m^3,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。Restricting the existing urban sewage treatment capacity of treatment facilities of one city in Henan. It plans to build a sewage treatment, treating western city's industrial wastewater and county sewage. According to request that the incoming water and treated water quality reach the standard level of A, use hydrolysis acidification -anaerobic filter combined biological aerated filter -coagulation -biological activated carbon filter process. The practical running results indicated that, the removal rate of COD and NH3-N reached 80%, the removal rate of BOD5 and SS were above 95%. The COD BOD5, and mass concentrations ofSS, TN, NH3-N in the effluent were 40-50 mg/L, 4-8 mg/L and 5-8 mg/L, 10-15 mg/L and 3-5mg/L, respectively, which reached the Grade A standard of GB 18918-2002, The treatment cost was about 0.643 ¥/m^3, which has good economic and environment benefits.
