摘  要:系统总结了宝钢高炉科学管理、稳定生产实践的理念及实绩。认为:高炉稳定是最大的降本、节能减排;按照"全厂以高炉为中心,高炉以稳定炉况为中心"的指导思想进行科学管理,取得了高炉炉况长期稳定顺行、指标先进的实绩;原燃料管理是高炉管理的基础;操作炉型维护是高炉日常操业管理的核心工作之一;不同操作技术路线都可以实现高炉长期稳定生产,但宝钢高炉实践表明,"平台+漏斗"模式布料更有利于实现低碳生产,保持稳定的中心气流和炉缸下部死料柱的透气、透液性。The paper summarizes the concept and practice of scientific management and stable production operation in Baosteel's BF, and points out that stable operation of BF is the most effective way of reducing cost and emission. The blast furnace achieves smooth and long term stable operation status and advanced techno-economics index by following the concept of "Taking BF as center of whole plant; taking stable operation of BF as core". The author further indicates that blast fur- nace management relies on raw material and fuel management and maintenance of furnace operation inner profile is one of key procedures of routine operation management work. Although different operating techniques allow realization of long-term sta- ble production of blast furnace, practice in Baosteel's BF proves that the burden distribution pattern of "platform + hopper" is more be conducive to achieve production with low-carbon emission, maintain a stable central air flow, and permit air and liquid permeability of dead stock at lower part of hearth.
