摘　　要：[目的/意义]从管理视角,提出了数字信息服务中个人信息保护的研究框架。[方法/过程]采用要素分析方法,将数字信息服务中的要素划分为实体与关系要素、管理要素、需要与认知要素,并对要素进行分析。[结果/结论]数字信息服务中个人信息保护的研究内容包括个人信息保护的基本问题研究、需要与认知研究以及管理机制研究。认为数字信息服务的深化与个人信息保护管理应同步发展。[ Purpose/significance] This paper puts forward the research framework of personal information protection in digitalinformation service from the perspective of management. [ Method/processJ The paper uses factor analysis method to divide the el-ements of digital information service into entities and relationship, management, needs and cognition, and analyzes the factors aswell. [ Result/conclusion ] The research content of personal information protection in digital information service includes researcheson basic issues, need and cognition, and management mechanism. The paper thinks that the deepening of digital information serv-ice and management of personal information protection should be developed simultaneously.
