摘　　要：为全面准确了解新医改以来某省基本医疗卫生服务筹资情况,采用经常性卫生费用核算方法对2014年该省卫生筹资进行调研,并从筹资结构、费用配置、功能使用等方面进行分析,从而较为系统地反映该省基本医疗卫生服务筹资在不同维度的筹集和配置状况。In order to have a comprehensive and accurate understanding of financing situation of basic medical and health services in A province. This paper adopts health expenditure accounting method to measure the health financing of A province in 2014 from the perspectives of financing structure, cost allocation and functional use. Thus, the financing of the basic medical and health services is systematically reflected in the collection and allocation of funds in different dimensions.
