摘　　要：第三方支付有三种常见的模式,公立医院应首先考虑非交易担保型账户模式。当前,第三方支付在公立医院的应用中尚存在很多困难和风险,如网络安全风险、在途资金风险、金融监管风险等,对此,应从加快顶层设计、转变思维模式、强制实名认证、设立资金专户、加强监管等方面防范风险。There are three common modes of third-party payment. Non-backed transactions account mode should be chosen firstly in public hospitals. Many difficulties and risks which are the risk of network security, cash in transit, financial supervision are faced by third-party payment application in public hospitals. So, we should speed up the top-level design, change thinking mode, compulsory real-name certification, establish the funds accounts, strengthen supervision to prevent risks.
