摘　　要：由于中西政党所依存的政治文化、政治制度和社会环境不同,中西政党协商民主虽然在协商的形式、程序和效度等方面具有一定的契合性,但是在协商特征、领域、方法,以及功能、制度及其价值取向方面具有很大的差异性。这些差异性不仅是中西政党协商民主的鲜明特征,同时也是互相参考与借鉴所在。Due to the differences in political culture, political systems and social environment, although the political party consultative democracy in China is to some extent similar with Western countries in terms of the form, process and validity of consultation, they are quite different in terms of consultation characteristics, fields, methods, functions, systems and value orientation. These differences are not only distinctive characteristics of the political party consultative democracy in China and in Western countries, but also the points for mutual reference.
