摘　　要：随着时代的发展和文明的进步,社会对广大残疾人的文化权益愈加重视。南京市各级公共图书馆的残疾人服务已具备一定基础,并形成各具特色的内容,其特点包括:残疾人政策法规体系逐步完善,无障碍阅读环境基本形成,关注残疾人需求,残疾人服务宣传推广颇具亮点等,但同时也存在残疾人服务资源仍有欠缺、信息无障碍获取需提高、残疾人读者服务专业人员不足等问题,建议其加强馆间合作交流,提高信息无障碍能力,加强人员培训,健全服务机制。With the development of the times and the progress of the civilization, the society has paid more and more attention to the cultural rights of the disabled. This paper introduces the present situation of public library services for the disabled in Nanjing and then summarizes their special services. Some features have been found： gradually improving the system of policies and regulations for the disabled, constructing a barrier-free reading environment, focusing on the needs of the disabled and actively promoting characteristic reader services for the disabled. However, some problems still exist such as lack of the resources of service for the disabled, information accessibility needing improving, and lack of professional personnel for reader services for the disabled. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and exchange among libraries, improve the extent of information accessibility, enhance the training for personnel, and perfect service institution.1 tab. 26 refs.
