我国台湾地区公共图书馆“阅读起步走”运动研究

摘　　要：随着阅读推广服务的深入开展,婴幼儿阅读逐渐成为图书馆领域的关注热点。以我国台湾地区"阅读起步走"运动为研究对象,在分析其发展历程的基础上,归纳出其具有平等性、专业性、主动性、公益性、休闲性等特点,发现其开展过程中存在供书机构单一、资源不均衡等问题。大陆地区公共图书馆开展婴幼儿阅读推广活动应注意集合社会各方力量、持续开展活动宣导,并注重分级阅读、优化空间设置、按主题排架等问题。With the further development of reading promotion services, infants reading gradually become a focus in library fields. This paper takes the movement of Bookstart in Taiwan district as the research subject, points out the origin and analyzes its development history, features and problems. The movement of Bookstart has the features of equality, specialization, proactivity, nature of public interest and recreation, and presents the problems of single organs for providing books and imhalanced resources. Finally, the paper makes such suggestions on infants reading services for public libraries in the mainland of our country as gathering all social forces, keeping on promoting activities, focusing on graded reading, optimizing setting of space, and shelving according to themes of books. 17 refs.
