摘　　要：受国际出版形势的影响,出版物国际交换的内涵在不断地延伸,工作形式也步入了数字化网络交换阶段。在解读国际出版现状对交换业务的影响的基础上,从交换成本、交换风险、交换限制三个方面对比阐述实体和电子资源在国际交换业务中的优劣势,并从交换内容、交换衡量模式和交换方式三个方面探讨电子资源国际交换的设想,为国际交换业务的未来发展提出切实可行的新思路。Influenced by the global publishing trends, the definition of international exchange of publications between libraries is extended. Its operation and workflow also go into the digital stage. This paper states the impacts of global publishing trends on international exchange, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of print publications and e-resources in cost, risk, and limits of exchange, and proposes international exchange of e-re-ources as a new and practical approach for the future development of international exchange from the aspects of exchange content, measurement criteria and service model. 1 fig. 12 refs.
